Brio ships from our warehouse so your daily mix arrives ready for breakfast, workouts, and wind-down nights. Here’s what to expect.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders may take a little longer to leave our warehouse. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your package is on the way.

Free shipping

Free shipping kicks in on orders over $40. Below that, standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on your destination.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on your location and the carrier. Once your order ships, tracking will show the latest estimated arrival window.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & save deliveries follow the same shipping windows. You can skip, pause, or cancel upcoming shipments from your account before the next order ships.

Returns & damaged packages

If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help sort it out. Unopened products in original packaging are easiest to return. For damaged packages, include photos and your order number so we can resolve things quickly.
